We are proud to announce the successful shipment of four (4) sets of 1000kW diesel generator sets to Zimbabwe, where they will be installed to supply continuous and stable power for a large-scale mining project.
This power solution is designed to support the energy-intensive demands of mining operations. Each 1000kW generator set is engineered to deliver high performance and exceptional reliability in harsh conditions, ensuring uninterrupted power for drilling equipment, processing plants, and critical onsite facilities.
Power Output: 1000kW (1250kVA) per unit
Engine: Cummins heavy-duty diesel engine
Alternator: Stamford brushless alternator
Voltage Output: 400V (stepped up to 6kV via transformer)
Application: Continuous power supply for mining operations
The generator sets are powered by trusted Cummins engines, known worldwide for their durability, fuel efficiency, and low emissions. Combined with Stamford alternators, the sets deliver clean and stable electricity to meet industrial-grade power demands.
To match the mining site's medium-voltage requirements, the 400V output from each generator will be connected to a step-up transformer system, boosting the voltage to 6kV for distribution across the project site.
Each generator set was custom-built according to project specifications, tested under full load conditions in our factory, and packed for secure overseas shipment. Our team worked closely with the client throughout the design, production, and shipping process to ensure all technical and logistical requirements were met on schedule.
